We have been experiencing a lot of "bounced" emails from member email addresses that are reported as invalid or as a result of server problems, etc.
This is placing an additional administrative burden on the club in a time of tight budgetary constraint.
Put simply, we do not have the resources or complete contact details to enable us to contact members whose emails are "bounced".
Therefore, all members are respectfully asked to check that their correct email addresses and mobile numbers are set up in the system (this is our main method for keeping people up to date with what is happening in the club).
To do this, click on "my account" at top right hand side when you get into the timesheet and update your contact details, if required.

To speed up handling customer/member issues asap after they arise and, bearing in mind this club is run by a voluntary committee, the following is the agreed complaints process.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of service in the club, your 1st Point of Contact is the staff member on the spot (e.g. in Pro Shop, Bar or Restaurant). With the exception of course staff (Course issues should be referred in writing to the Course Manager), simply explain your issue in a reasonable manner to the staff on duty (or manager if he / she is available). This should bring a satisfactory resolution to the majority of complaints.
Having done this, if the issue remains unresolved, you should put the issue is writing and send to the relevant sub-committee chairperson (by letter through the post box in the hall or, preferably, by email). Contact details are available in the Members Section on the Club Website. If you have forgotten username & password, just ask any committee member.
